Mekatronik Makina is an İzmir (Türkiye) based manufacturer of machines and complete processing lines for facilities handling raisins, dried apricots, dried figs, sun-dried tomatoes and dates. It has been our only business since 1992.

01Who we are
The same focus since 1992: processing dried fruit
We were founded in İzmir in 1992 to build food processing machinery. Since then we have been building food processing machines - dried fruit above all - and carrying what we learn on every project into the next line.
Today our machines work in the field in 17 countries, from Central Asia to South America as well as Türkiye; the full list of countries is on the export page.

We set out in İzmir to build food processing machinery. The focus has been the same since day one: dried fruit.

We moved into our new factory in Kemalpaşa to speed up production and grow capacity.

We draw the line on paper first
An order does not start with picking a ready-made model; it starts with a conversation about the product's moisture, grain size, target capacity and the facility's dimensions.

Project-specific engineering
We do not sell machines out of a catalogue. Every line is engineered for the product to be processed, the target capacity and the facility dimensions.

Food-grade materials
AISI 304 stainless steel on product-contact surfaces, AISI 316 depending on the process. The machines are designed and built to meet CE conformity requirements.

In-house production, registered designs
0 patents and Domestic Goods Certificates in 0 product groups. Design, fabrication and assembly all take place at the Kemalpaşa factory.

Commissioning and beyond
Installation and commissioning are on us; technical support and spare part supply continue afterwards.

Design, fabrication and assembly under one roof at the Kemalpaşa factory
At our factory, the whole process from engineering to shipment is in our own team's hands: technical drawings, fabrication, welding, the electrical panel, test runs and commissioning.
