Sack Lifting Hoist
Lets sacks full of product be lifted and emptied with ease. It is operated by remote hand control; the body and product-contact surfaces are built from AISI 304 stainless steel.

Our dried apricot processing lines are engineered for capacities from a minimum of 3 tonnes up to a maximum of 5 tonnes per hour. The main operations are apricot pitting, dicing and surface cleaning. The shape and size of the finished product are set in the project according to the product to be processed and the target capacity.
The line starts with product intake by sack lifting hoist and runs through balanced feeding, wet block opening, brush washing, the jacuzzi, dewatering, sizing and crate filling stations. The pitting machine completes the line by processing the fruit still carrying its pit.
The facility is arranged as washing, sizing, cutting and filling sub-lines. Each sub-line can be engineered separately or as an integrated whole, according to the customer's product range and facility layout.

Which process are we building?
The Dried Apricot Processing Line consists of 4 separate process lines. Each can be installed on its own, or all combined into a single flow.
Process 01
Dried Apricot Washing Line
Opens the product arriving in sacks, washes it and removes the surface water, readying it for the next operations.

Dried Apricot Sizing Line
Classifies the washed apricots by size and transfers them into crates.

Cuts the pitted apricots into cubes and similar forms, turning them into processed product.
